About the program

This is a six-week strength training program that is designed for 3x/week for 6 weeks. As the week progresses, increase the intensity by increasing the weight (as you feel conditioned). I recommend starting with 5-15 pound dumbbells unless you are an experienced weight lifter. This workout is designed for functional fitness to engage large muscle groups and improve overall strength, balance, stability, and bone density. Grab your dumbbells and let's get started!
